will my switch be tagged as hacked by if used these method? reason because in the past they say to avoid retroarch on the home screen or mario64 standalone game because theyre NSP forwarder (not sure if these are the right term)

can anyone shed any light to this?

Always run them in emunand and keep your sysnand clean

There is always a risk of a ban when hacking a console.
