Homebrew Is it safe to use the Eshop?

I have homebrew on my old 3ds XL. Its running the newest firmware. Is it safe to open and use the eshop? Or do I need to use something else. Thanks for reading and your help!

Also is tubehax still working?

And yes. You can even use the old version (run it and if it takes to long to load restart and go to eshop normally and then go back to the old version on the hbl) to get the old ironfall to get ironhax!

If you want a old version launch the old eshop app.

If you want just normal launch it from the homemenu.

(even if you still launch the old version and you get old apps you can always just update them.)

Oh and i think someone would say its not safe if it wasen't safe so
