Homebrew is it safe to use FBI in a nintendo 2ds to download titles?

You can no longer use FBI to download official 3DS games from the Nintendo CDN because of the server block.
You can, however, continue to use FBI to offline install 3DS games through CIAs.

Like TurdPooCharger said, trying to use a QR Code from that title key site or installing through tickets (Tickets>*Select a Ticket*>Install from CDN) doesn't work anymore.
If you install from a QR Code that redirects to... I dunno, a direct link to Google Drive or whatever, you can install games that way or use the old offline .CIAs archives.
