Hardware Is it possible to transfer DSiware from one 3DS to another?

I just upgraded from my 2DS to a N3DSXL. I put CFW on the new 3DS and neglected to transfer any data from the 2DS (Which also has CFW). I manually reinstalled everything and used Checkpoint to restore my saves, but my DSiware was missing. I need a way to transfer the DSiware from the 2DS to the 3DS, preferably with save data intact. And I have Four Swords, which I need to flex . Thanks!

I wouldove to, but there's a NNID linked to both and I don't want to format one and lose all my hombrew stuff so system transfer is out of the realm of possibilities.

I think GodMode9 is able to back up DSiWare saves, so you could dump the games and the saves, and install them on the new console and restore the saves.

Oops sorry I remembered wrongly - just checked https://3ds.hacks.guide/godmode9-usage and it looks like you can extract GBA saves but not DSiWare ones with GodMode9. Maybe just double check in Checkpoint or JKSM in case you can do it there.

Did you already try this? Didn't it work?
The script generated the folder structure containing the saves just fine (for me at least).

This should work without doing the official "System Transfer" and ignore NNID. Again: It worked for me.
