ROM Hack is it possible to transfer a save from a genuine DS card to flash card

I assume you could use the 3in1 link to backup and restore pokemon diamond saves with a 3in1? or does that require a slot2 that uses a micro card?

You can use a 3 in 1. Just get the 3 in 1 version from here.

Dump the save with rudolph's FTP dumper if you don't have a 3in1. Then use shuny's converter if your flashcard uses a different save format.

Doh,when i tried to backup my diamond save I was using the non 3in1 version..... guess thats why it didn't work.....
