It is possible to release a Construct 2 project legitimately through Nintendo Web Framework on Wii U and 3DS, but Switch has no official support for it yet. As for Homebrew there are no "HTML wrappers" for Homebrew yet.

Brew.js could eventually have some form of support for it though.
