I know that a FAT hdd can be partitioned to FAT and WBFS
But i have a WBFS drive, can i partition it with FAT and WBFS without formatting it completely to FAT first?
I dont want the hassle of backing up all my games etc.

Same here, the FAT partition is used so other programs can access files on the hard drive, instead of just the games.

As xzxero said, no. Nobody has written an app to resize a WBFS partition while keeping its contents intact.
