Homebrew Is it possible to create or convert myboy gba emulator for 3ds?

As the title says, i want to know if my question is possible. Because the only gba emulator on 3ds i know is mgba. If it is not possible, can someone tell or send me a tutorial talking about how to create an emulator for 3ds?

Is it possible, yes. Would it be easy, hell no. Why don't you just use mGBA or GBARunner2? They both work perfectly fine on the 3DS.

He may have an Old 3DS and doesn't like GBARunner2's resolution. It would not be easy to do it, tho.

No, i have a new 2ds xl and i just wanted to simulate a vc cable link for 3ds. But the pokemon gba games doesn't work well with gbarunner2 when you are simulating the cable link. Besides that, the games work but it was just a whim. Thank you guys for your help.
