As for swapping motherboards, I guess they mean get a motherboard from the region you want to swap to ..

That could work, but would it work if I had the motherboard from a New 3DS XL with Dual IPS swapped with Dual TN?

And is there anyone that could do it for me? I don't want to risk destroying 2 consoles.
