So I was wondering if it's possible cause I can't reset in oot without it switching from 60 to 50hz I can launch it just fine with usb loader gx in ntsc mode but as soon as I reset it changes to 50 hz and that's really annoying :C

All emulation adds input lag, but I think I can still work around this. Are you using the Wii VC version? Maybe try an NTSC OoT/Master Quest ISO? You can even make it as a Wii VC/Nintendont inject to launch from your WiiU home menu, but of course launching it through vWii in Nintendont directly works too.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar -

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)+1 -

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
