I have the r4i-sdhc 3ds and I would like to know if it is okay to have the wifi switched on. Would there be any impending bans like the Sony PS3 or Xbox 360? What about gaming online with DS games?

Never had any problems with it, using the eshop and it works fine so I suppose nintendo don't care.
