Hacking Is it me or do GBA games take forever to load?

For me, GBA games take much longer to load than DS games. Is this normal?

It only takes about 5-6 seconds to load a GBA game.. you're impatient as hell!

don't compress the rom = faster loading. that's probably your problem

Leaving the Roms uncompressed helps cut down the loading time by about a half. Pretty good but I still find it strange that they load slower than the DS games.

I suppose the G6 has to copy the whole GBA ROM into the internal RAM, just like the M3 and Supercard do, this takes a while. DS ROMs are running directly from the onboard flash.
