Hey, I wanted to ask if it will be possible that you can turn off the update message on the firmware 4.x on the Homebrew Launcher and then, for example, a game update can be made? At the moment you can do that on Linux, but that's a very expensive way. I'm certainly not the only one who would be grateful for that.

The stupid thing is that I have not been able to play BotW for weeks, because I need to update the game, but I need to update the switch, no airplane mode will help, and if I go into recovery mode, and then restart, then the message still comes, even if I turned off Internet!

That's good, I've tried to disable the message with Linux, but now the switch is completely confused and I have the gleichw problem as well as others, the battery is not calibrated properly.

If the battery is not calibrated it can cause problems later on, to re-calibrate it, do a hard reset of the Switch or unplug and plug the internal battery.

Then I can only remove the battery, because I have already performed a hard reset.

Yes, that's what I meant ^^ When I do it myself, I do not always write so accurately

If you find a Switch that has the update you need (for example if one of your friends or family members hsa one) you can use the local update sharing to get the game update from them without updating your system, ALTHOUGH if the game update requires a higher firmware, your Switch will be updated. But BotW I don't think has had any updates recently so you should be safe there.
Do make sure both Switches are offline though so it won't try to check online for updates or anything.

How do you do that in Linux? First I've heard of that.

I did not do it because I booted Linux, but it crashed several times and then I did not find the thread. After I booted again in Horizon OS, I had because of Linux as on the PC problems with the time and also with the Akku.
