Maybe you need to stop apache while you use ir-gts?
Meh, you might need to stop (router's) port mapping too.

Considering that the games will go to port 80 by default and that cannot be changed you have a few options.

1 - Stop using apache at the same time, as posted.

2 - Set apache to use a different port (/apache/conf/httpd.conf, "Listen 80") and then in the web browser go to localhost:PORT or whatever.

3 - Run apache and any GTS emulation software on different computers. No, virtualization is not an easy fix.
