Apple will release iOS 5 soon
will they remember th cool small iPod Nano 6g i wish it ;( becasue its is the best small thing i have ever had

Videos would fail miserably on that tiny screen. You'd be squinting all the time to understand what was going on, especially if the video is widescreen.

The iPod Nano 6G (or the Shuffle+ as I think of it as) is probably not going to get any updates because there's no need to add anything more to it, there aren't any holes to fix etc.

I don't believe Apple have ever released a meaningful update for any iPod other than the Touch. Your only hope is hacks, a while ago there was some interest over this site: http://nanohack.me but it doesn't seem to have been updated in a while and there seems to be no real progress.

EDIT: Seems the site is down :/
