Hacking iPlayer help: AVI endless loading?

The video was 10mb, and the source video was 480p! But the downloaded video was 220x196!

UPDATE: Got an mp3 file working.

That's what I'm thinking too. But I don't feel like copying a 700 - 800mb file to my SD card right now, so I'll just wait.

Also, thanks for helping me out! Really appreciate it!

I know what you're talking about and it's iPlayer's fault. I don't know what causes it though. Sometimes when I copy over tons of video files (usually anime), about one file every ten files, it just ends up
loading nonstop.
Delete the file, create another folder and copy it again there. If it loads nonstop again, then delete and create another folder and copy it over again. Eventually it will work.
I know it's not an issue with broken clusters or anything like that, since I've tested the microsd card throughout and it hasn't reported any faults.

Assuming it is not an SD card issue it might be a broken index on your AVI file.

Failing that rebuild the entire AVI file (no need to reencode just fire the streams over and the program should take care of the rest).

Your PC players will do this automatically (if you have tried playing it and it takes a few more seconds than usual to start up this is probably why) most of the time but embedded hardware types things sometimes struggle.
