re: post elsewhere regarding the Iplayer

@ Spinal this was something I found when messing about when I was reviewing attempting to get the loader to work

something else I discovered was you can partly boot AKAIO well kinda

put the AKAIO __aio folder in the root of the mem card to be used with Iplayer

put the akmenu4.nds file in the root too and rename it to IPLY.nds

now start Iplayer up with the mem card in and this is what happens when you load the IPLY (renamed akmenu.nds) from the homebrew option

and pressing (A) on the Micro SD or the Flash Memory icon this happens

pressing start freezes everything and you have to restart the ds!

edit:

testing part 2

YSMENU kinda also works too but cannot get it to boot a rom ..yet

edit 2: gave up was giving me a headache getting it to load games

my findings were that you can load YSMENU as far as it looking like its loaded all correctly until you click on an NDS file then it just black screens ... also got that far with moonshell 2 and the rom loader!

other loaders also tested DSision, helloworld os,the neocomp release of MENUdo could not get any to load roms

Which supported ones are those then lol!?

Guessing the R4i cards that can also be updated with the AK 1.4 bypass hack!?

@Nadrian they are a good card but do not work with DSi once its updated to 1.4

so yet another one that needs a hack!

They released a 1.4 hack scratch the above statement!
