If it's not allowed, I'll take it down, just thought people should know and confirm if it's legit.

noobs strike again lol

This means nothing to the end user. We've known for a while @Hykem has dumped the iosu and has documented it.
Having this file does nothing to implement the exploit which is what everyone really wants.
The important people already have it and are working on that.

Well the size of this file is a bit... low don't ya think?

The os of the wiiu is NOT going to be 2.9 MB
It's in a compressed archive, bro. 10.9 MB unzipped. Keep in mind it's only for authentication and low-level hardware access, not the *main* OS.

I was about to start regretting updating from 1.0.3 to 5.3.2! I'm like damn already? I JUST updated!
Good things will come for 5.3.2, I just know it. Either way, Loadiine will keep 5.3.2 users happy forever.

If it's not allowed, I'll take it down, just thought people should know and confirm if it's legit.
look, the decrypted iosu file we have for months now. the people who need to have it have it for a long time by now so this is old news and nothing to freak out over.

Nice I'm staying on 4.1.0. The games are too expensive anyway for 5.3.2.
If they were like $20 used it would be fine.

Yay, another leak! :glare:
Whatever...

Yes, that's the Wii U's IOSU. Firmware version 5.3.2 to be more specific.
It's not a dumped retail image, it's a debug build that comes with certain official SDKs (targeted at special debugging units only). The retail version of the IOSU binary is named fw.img, while this one is fw.bu.img.
Also, this file was never encrypted to begin with, it comes unencrypted by default.

Yeah, I mean the "right" People. Since I just wounder, because that are Debug Files from a special System FW

@Xenon Hacks False. Anything can be useful if you have a use for it, even if it's not the "conventional" use. For instance, maybe somebody just wants the symbols from it for shits and giggles to get a vague idea about what goes into an OS, or similar deviations.
Yea, never know what you might find. Like a computer chip, you can find little gems on/in them. Even if just notes from a dev calling you an asshole for decrypting the retail version of a file :P
