does anyone know where the "Version number" in an official IOS is stored? is it in the title.tmd? or one of the .app files?
I want to know what would cause, say a newer IOS35 to be allowed to overwrite an older IOS35.
there has to be some indicator in the files themselves that say, this is version 220 or whatever.
