Hacking IOS Ticket problem :S

Right first off...
Wii was on 4.2E (Bannerbomb-ed) for HBC... Problem is some HomeBrew won't load (namely cIOSCORP 3.6) and some just crash on IOS Select (WADManager)
Wii is not a newer one so had old style drive so I know that's not a problem.

What can I do to get them all to load without problems? Which IOS's do I need to load/delete etc?

Another Question:
When I open some apps (like AnyTitleDeleter) it fails on showing ANY names for anything and won't delete because of tickets? Any info on this?

P.S On trying to install the NEoGamma WAD file I ALWAYS on any IOS get

OK, Fixed the problem... Here's what I did:

Updated DOP-IOS MOD to latest (beta 12 at this time of writing)
Removed ALL Stubbed IOS's
Patched IOS36
Replaced IOS249 with a clone of IOS36 via DOP-IOS MOD
Ran cIOSCORP v3.6 Installer and installed.

So far I can run all homebrew (yay!) and am just downloading a copy of SSBB (which I have but can't rip... only 2gb SD card and Disk drive doesnt support...) to test backup loading...

rev17 is the newest public. rev18 is in the workings.
