what ios do you want to remove, and dont say stubbed, give more detail

no need to remove.

but if you really want, you can use wiimod
 
MMM has a feature which allows removal of stubs....just make sure you have 236 installed and MMM is running on it....

No you don't. You only need to remove stubbed cIOS (read: with a number above 200). Amongst the IOS (below 200), there are a couple stubs here and there. That's okay: nintendo stubs their own IOS as well if they aren't needed anymore. You only need to reinstall those if you plan on downgrading your wii...but that's a bad decision to begin with.

No need for this, since you won't free any space on your NAND. It's all in your head...

(If you can't sleep at night because of this, use DOP-Mii WiiBrew Edition to remove them. Be careful, you could brick your Wii, so again, only do this if you can't sleep at night)
