Hacking internet contract/agreement after wiiconnect24 is offline

long story short- old wii that doesn't have the internet agreement accepted, and can't have it because wiiconnect24 and wii shop channel aren't online. I downloaded a youtube channel wad so I can use youtube, but it wants to download stuff from the net with the agreement (otherwise the wifi connection and internet channel are working). PLS help.

Yeah the wii shop is operational, but to use it I must have gotten the agreement accepted, and when I try to do that i get an error message stating that it isn't... WTF?!
