If your XP CD is bootable, you can put the disk into your disk drive and restart your com.

Enter the BIOS and select "boot from CD" (I can't really remember where that option is, but it isn't difficult to find). After that, put the disk into your disk drive and restart your com. This time, instead of booting to the Vista Operating System, it should boot from your XP CD. Select "Format disk drive" and install your XP O.S. there [IMG]

Note that by selecting "Format disk drive", you are wiping it clean. So back up all essential data before doing that.

IMO just partition half your hard drive for XP, you may really want vista back after the first 2 SPs

yeah would just make a new 5gb xp partion, would be easier

its a waste to use xp on a new computer, 32bit xp performance (64 xp is crap) is raped by 64bit vista
