Hacking installing wads for USB Help!!!

when i try to install WAD files from my USB Flash Drive, i always get "Exception (ISI) Occurred! when i select read from usb. when i use it with GeeXbox, it works fine. it is formatted in FAT and i tryed multiple times to no avail HELP!!!
