Hacking Installing both Preloader and StartPatch reccomended?

Would that help more and what does StartPatch hacks have that the Preloader hacks dont?

both have the same. preloader is something as a means of loading a few different ways, starpatch is just a hacks installer and you have your'e normal sys menu.

StartPatch doesn't work if you have Preloader installed, from what I'm aware. It would be redundant to have both anyway.
