I'm trying to install Gamecube games on my Wii U (specifically Sonic Heroes) and I've been unable to find information anywhere on if I need to install a specific base ROM for Gamecube games (idk if R Heaven Fever works for practically every game, like for WII games, and if I need the base ROM to match the region that the game and the Wii U is). I have been successful in installing Heroes using the US/EU versions of Heroes (using either the EU/US version of Fever), but every time I try loading up the game, it crashes my whole Wii U (it turns itself off) either two minutes into playing Seaside Hill (the first stage) or after a few seconds of the game being loaded up.
Any game I've tried to install using Nussplii has worked on my Wii U, and I have 11GB of free storage too.
