Hacking Installing arm9loaderhax glitched screen when attempting to install

I'm trying to install arm9loaderhax through the browser link and every time I try it goes to a glitched screen on the bottom. I've tried using the troubleshooting method of pressing Select but it just doesn't work. I've tried it numerous times. I even checked my SD card to see if it worked but there was no OTP.bin file on it. Can someone help me?
