Hacking Homebrew Android Installing android without formatting the SD

Hello lads. I found out i needed to format the sd card to make the android partition AFTER installing 400gb+ worth of games. i DO NOT have that space free on my pc. Is there a way to make the partitions without actually formatting the sd? Any help is appreciated.
