Hacking Install Haxchi

I saw that my friend owns Haxchi installed.

How can I do to share his account with me and install it on my console?

Are there console account restrictions? Can I install the game (and then the Haxchi) and remove his account from the console? If so, will the game (Haxchi) still be installed?
