That is a cfw function of the cfw rxTools.
You're using cfw. xD

Rxtools is a CFW. You're using a function of the RxTools CFW

Therefore, you're using a CFW

Well if you want to get into semantics, rxtools technically does customise the firmware

yeah it has to be more than the size of the game you want to install, you can delete the cia file after its installed, if your working with a small SD its best to go from biggest to smallest

Well obviously. You cant install a game if you have less space on your SD card than what you need.
