Does svdt or save_manager allow you to select a title?

Yes, the xml should allow you to select one. Maybe try copying one of the xmls in svdt or save_manager to the CPPTest directory.
Don't forget to rename the file after copying.

And now it's confirmed working on o3DS XL, 9.5.0-22E using Themehax.

I have now tested all my games (All zelda titles, some mario titles, pokemon as, cubic ninja, fire emblem, acnl, project mirai, rayman3d, smash, kh3d, ultimate nes remix aaaand all system titles) and it seems to only work with zelda oot.

I also gave Metal Gear Solid 3D a go and nothing happened so add that to the list of failed titles.

Here are some games I tried (all USA region), just to see if they give IR access (as in ir:u, not ir:USER for the circle pad pro) or not (AD means access denied, just to save the time of typing and pasting the hex value over and over)
Super Mario 3D Land: AD
Pokémon Y: AD
Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D: AD
Majora's Mask 3D: AD
Cubic Ninja (weird that it works for the US region, but apparently not EU?): success
Dead or Alive Dimensions: success
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate: AD
A Link Between Worlds: AD
Ocarina of Time 3D: success
Phoenix Wright: Dual Destinies: AD
Mario Kart 7 (v1.0 cart): AD
Animal Crossing: HHD: AD
Animal Crossing: New Leaf: AD

For an added bonus, here are two Japanese region games:
Pokémon AS: AD
Toki no Ocarina 3D (OoT 3D): success

It being in CIA format shouldn't matter; I used CIAs for the test post I wrote, but then I checked the ones I had successes with with retail carts (except Cubic Ninja, I still need to snag a copy), and they worked there, too.

That crashing is so fucking annoying. About every 2 titles the screen just stayed white or glitched out. I hope *hax 2.5 fixes those bugs xD

I have the CPP with me, yet it doesn't work with the app. I assume that's because it's not programmed in yet but just to test it.

I don't have that game, sorry (It's like a hackers dream, and I don't have it! Gah!)... Someone else should give it a shot!
