Wipes personal information from your Nintendo Switch by removing it from prodinfo.

purpose
a) So your switch can go online without worrying about a ban or using random dogdy DNS servers that are also likely to get you banned.

b) so malicious homebrew applications cannot steal your personal certificate.

Always have a nand backup. I am not responsible for any bricks or bans. Use at your own risk, experimental.

This application backs up your prodinfo to the SD root, you should keep this backup in a more secure location, and not leave it on the SD card where malicious applications can read it.

edit: atmosphere blocks writes to CAL0, so you must use ReiNX or SX OS to install this. Once installed, you can switch back to atmosphere.

You'll probably have more luck with Incognito_RCM, it doesn't need special permissions as the homebrew does with Atmosphere.

Thanks, worked like a charm. I just had to rename prodinfo.bin to prodinfo_sysnand.bin

I'll join the conversation just to give a personal feedback on 90DNS.
I've a switch, i fully nand backuped it and then i modded it.
i've been online countless times with 90DNS enabled.
Once i've restored the intial backup i've been able to go online without problems, and i still do play online and use the eshop regularly, proving that 90DNS in fact does prevent a ban
(implying the nand backup you have is 100% clean).

is there any specific requirement for the password ? like how many char and upper case lower case etc?
might be able to guess if i have a hint lol...

otherwise how do i get rid of incognito if i have all the needed backup?

If you have a rawnand backup of your nand from before you ran incognito you can use hacdiskmount plus your keys to dump the prodinfo from the backup then restore it on the switch.

but another problem is, today when I want to try going into incognito, turned out tinfoil already updated by the kids and no incognito option anymore? it's tinfoil v11 9.00.

can i go back to previous version ?

No, your sysNAND won't be modified if you only apply incognito to your emuMMC.

Yes ReiNX is deprecated and is no longer updated, SXOS is uncertain of future

It's not just prodinfo, it's the consoles internal certificates which are banned (which are stored in prodinfo iirc)
