I thought it'd be cool to have one so that's why I'm asking. I searched up everything I could on google but the results didn't help, though I found a mobile version on amazon. You can also find a listing of the game on ryuzaki's homebrew database. Notice that there's no link to download it.

are you talking about the stuff in spoilers? they're in binary, so you have to convert them to ascii.

No I didn't know there was a lie detector for 3ds.

If it's homebrew it might be allowed but if it's something that can be bought in stores and you want a pirated version, that's not allowed on gbatemp though.
