Just made home-made tortillas, started with the good stuff - flour, water, an egg. Mixed it up nice with spices, then scrambled like a crepe and left on the side. Next came ham - nice, big pieces. Onions - quater-rings. Corn. Scrambled them together till they changed colour. Spices were mixed with the dough, so it needed nothing else. Next I found some delcious leek salad with mayo sauce in it. Mixing time - crepe-tilla, ham and veg, some cheese, flipitty-flip, rolly-roll and back on the pan to get the dough tough on the seam. Finally onto the plate, with a side salad - bon apetite!
