Hacking I'm a poopy head - Pre-paid but still no card.....

I pre-ordered my SCDS2 from i.r.i.s.h.m.o.d.c.h.i.p.s back in January, where my money was taken straight away, had an e-mail around 18th may saying the card will be coming, but I still do not have the card at all, and I am now starting to really worry that I will not be getting my card at all.

Is anyone in the same boat as me? Who pre-ordered in January and left empty handed?

if you went cheap on postage its 6 - 8 weeks

Its based in ireland, so it should be with me within a couple of days as it can be delivered normally by Royal Mail

I did buy this on my credit card, so maybe I am protected in some way? Thats the main reason I used the credit card, just in case.

Thing is, they sent me an E-Mail around Mid-may saying that my card would be coming in about a weeks time??

I spotted that site and considered buying from them as they are in the UK and also an authorised reseller.

However the payment information seemed to be entered on their site directly without using a third party like paypal or protex. That put me off completely.

I think you'll have to phone/email them to get it resolved. If they won't help or even reply then you should be able to get the money back via your credit card company.

If you do get your money back I'd recommend hanger.org.uk as an alternative. They have UK stock and use Royal Mail. I have bought from them before with no probs.

Well I have E-Mailed my card company now after not hearing from them still, I have given them ample time to reply to me, but still nothing.

I just hope I can get my money back, as they deducted the large sum on 7th Jan
