I'm still waiting on mine. It's pissing me off that divineo isn't giving any REAL reasons to why it's taking so long. They're just sending out the pre-canned bullshit email replies about the g6 lite and how it'll take 7 days for my order to be processed. The thing is, if I cancel, I'd need to wait 2 weeks before I could order something else, because the money would need to be on my credit card first, so either way, I'd be waiting 2 weeks.

I guess whenever I get it I'll be glad. Just it's pissing me off that they aren't providing any feedback.

I think I just got so pissed off that all my energy depleted and my brain turned off. If that fucking card hasn't shipped in the next 2 to 3 days I'm asking for my shipping money back. I'd cancel but it would probably take longer to order through someone else. Guess I'll be waiting some more, just me and my blinding rage. Where's the emoticon that's about to kill someone??

Thats actually the same canned response thats they've been telling people since last wednesday (at least thats what I got last wednesday). I really don't think customs takes that long, I've never had to wait for customs more than 2 days before and I've had hundreds of packages shipped to me. But then again, its a long weekend so things might have been backed up a bit.

Well it has been a month now since I ordered and about half a month since they started shipping and nothing. Not a peep from divineo either. They sure took my money fast though. Bastards. Making interest off it and shit and I have no product.

nope. they updated their site with the 7 day shipping thing on Aug 3, though they didn't officially say it was shipping within 7 days until the 7th. So, if we went by their website they should have shipped by the 10th at the latest, and if we go by their offical statement on Aug 7th it should have shipped by today at the latest. I'm getting real tired of these people.

What I suggested in the SCL thread about these bastards:

I know enough of you have waited this long, and the "7 days" lure is a powerful one to ignore ("just a few more days, honest!"), but do you really want to reward these bastards with your money? Remember, cancelling it with them will incur their "restocking" fee (restocking a product they never stocked in the first place?) and ensures they still make money from you, while reverse charging them takes it right out of their bottom line (they have to pay for the investigation if they are found liable).

You think they will charge me a restocking fee even tho i never received the package and never had to ship it back for them to "restock" it.

BTW after i canceled my order with them i order from hopebuy 4 days later i had the g6 lite in my hands... they even marked in as a 20$ value so i didnt have to pay customs.

if divineo charges me a restock fee i will call visa and tell them i never ordered anything from them and they will do a charge back.
