Hacking iEDGE

According to their site iEDGE has a slow motion feature. does anyone know how to use it?

I emailed team edge regarding this matter and this was there response.

The slow motion option is not available on EDGE product but this is part of the project list. Unfortunately we can't give a schedule or release date.

On the normal edge its L+R+down and B to press for 1 second in the game.
Works the same on iEdge, just testet it on booth on a DS lite.
I dont own a DSi an not plan to.
You could actually find this information in the Edge update 1.41 since then it was always in.
So better do ur homewok for reviews before u say something wrong. Wonders me that the Edge support does not know there own product.
By the way to compare the build quality of the Edge/iEdge as the same as a DSTTi is a joke.

You are right. thanks for the heads up. I have just tested some games on the DSi using the button combo you posted. It seems strange that the edge team didn't know this when I emailed them. I shall amend my review accordingly and reference you.

I try to keep upto date with all firmware releases but obviously this info passed me by. I noticed that you posted the Edge 1.41 info on this very forum, so you would be well aware of this new feature.

It's a bit strange because I read the iEdge PDF manual before contacting them regarding this issue. They replied and so I took their info as fact. Good job DSAndi is on the ball and informed me that the feature was added way back, with the 1.4.1 update for the old edge card. I have since updated my review with all the relevant information.

The email support chap/lady obviously isn't up to speed with all the features of the card. If they are using the Official iEdge manual PDF as reference then they might not even be aware of the soft-reset feature which is L+R+A+B+Y+B. Which is also not documented.
