I have the idea of someone making an android app were you can create 3ds themes and upload them to 3dsthem.es

It would be really great so more people can make 3ds themes..
I would create the app but i dunno how to program :P

I would really love to see this come real..

I don't think it would be very practical because you have to get a bunch of files together - the images, the sounds, etc, and convert them to the right format. You really need a computer for that. It'd be more effort to trying get those files onto an android device than just using your PC or Mac.
