Hey I just recently got my 3ds xl and I wanted to get a "Kaytranada" wallpaper but saw there was none so I found your page! I kinda tried to do it but it didnt work as you can see the images are the i think correct size. Also if you can, can you make the music as "home" from Kaytranada new album "Aint no damn way". Creating music isnt all that difficult, merely place the file into audacity and shorten it to about 30 - 45 seconds, then export is as .wav with
48000 Hz and 16 or 8-bit PCM then convert it within kame editor.

I could try, maybe. But you need to make sure on some thing. Do you want the screens to loop? Do you have the ability to resize said images?

Okay, this might be harder than I thought. Do you perhaps have any sources for sprites or such? I can't find much of anything, not only that but I'm not THAT good at drawing, hehe...I could try, maybe.
