I want to use the new Metroid Samus Returns theme but I don't know how to enter the download code into the theme shop. Does Luma completely remove Theme Shop downloads? Please help

The SD Card may not be inserted or was inserted during use of the system. Please turn off the power, and then insert the SD Card and try again.
Please check that the SD Card is not write-protected.
Error Code: 009-4072
This happens when I click the redeem a download code button. I already knew how to download themes
