Hardware I want to format my CFW OLD XL 11.5 but I don't want to lose my save and cfw files.

I asked the previous user for e-mail confirmation and he forgot both e-mail and password. Because I need to use the fixing app thing in the eshop, but unfortunately, I can only browse "app updates" I don't know why, but I think it has something to do with confirming email. Can't delete the account because he don't know the freaking password, so I decided to just format the system without losing saves and cfw files (if possible, I also don't want to remove games and apps because installing cia files is a pain). Please help!

You can use gm9 to unlink a NNID, no need to format

So, the order is:

1. Backup SD card to pc
2. Create NAND backup
3. Format 3DS
4. Change NAND code (Don't know how to do it)
5. Restore NAND backup (Don't know how to do it)
6. Restore backup files to SD card

Formatting then restoring the NAND backup will just change it back to how it was before the format, the NNID will still be there but will be unlinked on the server side.

Did you use the blank nnidsave.bin method? That seems to be how most people are doing it.

I already made an account but the result is still the same. I can only browser app updates in eshop.

If you are talking about backing up saves from CIA files, you can use SVDT and hold the left shoulder button while loading to backup all game saves.
