You need to format to fat32 or use a spare sd card and format it to fat32. Put your cfw in there then choidujour then redo the update.

It only shows ntfs and exfat. is ntfs fine as well?
No. You need to use guiformat (Google it) to format as fat32 but none of that is going to work for your emunand. If you put another SD in and update with Choi you'll be updating your sysnand. Your emunand is on your other SD right?

What I wanted to do: a backup of the files in my sd with emunand. Format the sd fat32. Copy all the files back. Should that work?

Just coppy all the files except your XCI. Then update again but this time choose exfat
i thought it would work since fat32 worked fine but it didn't. black screen again, help!!!
(I get It now, of course I had to backup the new files, then format and copy back, I just copied the old fat32 files ‍♂️)

Do you have a spare microSD card?
I would have suggested copying the sx os files (boot.dat, license and emunand folder in sxos- emunand) to a different card formatted in fat32, use choi and reinstall firmware choosing the exFAT option. Then you copy the emunand folder back to your regular card
