i think i found the problem. i followed the power lines which led to the fuse(or whatever the white thing is) and amazingly it was popped off. after holding the fuse in place, i finally got yellow LEDs from the charger, but still no booting or even the green power LED.
did i brick the psp? or blow the motherboard?
