Hacking I think I bricked my 2ds. HELP!

I think I bricked it. I turn it on, the blue light shows, then it goes off again and start or select being held down does NOTHING! HELP!!!!!
Edit: More info, I just did a CTR Transfer and forgot to do the nand mini backup!!!

Don't worry, I fixed it but i'm using B9S anyway
