It is a really great laptop (1900x1240 resolution [IMG]), but while gaming, the graphics card (Nvidia Geforce 9800GTS 1GB) easily goes over 80+ Degrees Celsius (about 180+ Fahrenheit)
I was wondering if anyone else experienced high temps like that on a similar laptop, or if it is a faulty gpu
I use HW Monitor to check my temps.

    Thanks in advance

Yeah that's probably normal since laptops aren't meant for gaming.

You should definitely look into getting a chill pad though.

gaming laptops are meant for gaming... but yeah, ur not gonna run crysis on anything less than like $5000

just make sure to buy a usb mouse or bluetooth or something, is nearly impossible to use a trackpad thing for fpses =P

80+ Degrees Celsius sounds about right, but a notebook cooler is definitely a good idea. [IMG]
