Yes!! THis is what supercard team emailed me when I showed them my m3ds simply user review:

And the head of your page is modchip galaxy, shouldn't that be flashcard since flashcards aren't modchips huh? Plus modchips are kinda more illegal than flashcards...

flashcards are modchips...that's what I thought. They both have the same legal measures

yes I know, Im going to fix the typos. Its just that I was rushing it so much cuz I wanted to show it to the dev teams....and I just wanted it done but still complete

The layout looks pretty good to me, just needs a better background...maybe I should change the template?

And using "temp"... isn't that a "little" cheap? Even if you got inspiration from here, in the end it's just copying a good name.

EDIT:

Okay, I checked the site, it--the layout--isn't as bad on a regular full screen monitor as it is on "widescreen" (I hate widescreen, ugh!)

Anyway, the background picture is lame, don't let it be a repeated picture, I dont know why but I find that very unattractive 9 out of 10 time on sites. Especially plain ones.

The specifics of your site needs to be tweaked, in my humble opinion. That part with giant letters announcing the sites under construction just screams "amateur" and not in the admirable way.
Try making a subtler graphic that announces the site is under construction and place it menu as a link back to a "Feeback" form, so that anyone who comes can leave a bit of feedback or advice for you on the matter.

Also, I'm going to just say it, but I hate the sites name. Homage or not to gbatemp, I feel that 'dstemp' is just weak. You can take that bit as you like it, I'm not trying to hurt your feelings, or even tell you to change it, I'm going to let you know that if I stumbled across your site and noticed the name, I'd laugh, roll my eyes, and say "Puh-lease. Wannabe." and hit the back button on my browser. I just would, and I feel that most people who see your site--if they've ever seen this one--wont appreciate you "Eating from GBAtemps plate", so to speak, even if they do understand its supposed to be to honor GBAtemp.

And your reviews--I didn't read it all--but they seem good, but I highly recommend adding links to the "Contents" portion so that people can easily skip to the portions that they want to read, and I think that the formatting--or lack there of, in your reviews is a bad thing.

INSERT EDIT:
Also, I think your site needs a logo, to make it memorable and all to really stand out.

And I recommend you use Video Reviews along side your text ones, as GBAtemps pretty "famous" for their in-depth text reviews so you've gotta do something they don't already have. Use effects and background music to make yours stand out from the other youtube Video Review--it'll really help. And be personable in your videos if you do make any, as personality counts also.

Okay, thats my two cents on the matter, do what you can with it, or else leave it where it stands, thats all I can say about it.

Glad that I was able to help in someway. I'll be checking back everynow and then to see how you're doing.

I think that a forum would be a little ambitious and unnecessary at this point, especially since you said your sites purpose is to host your reviews. I say link the forums to GBAtemp.net, that way you dont have to worry with modding it when its very feasible that it'll get only like 13 real members and 15 million spam bots to post on it once every blue moon or so.

Use the site banner in your signature and use your prizerebel banner on the site. I think that'd be better also. I would suggest that even if your leave your prizerebel banner on your GBATemp that you leave it as the only banner--dont do two banners in one sig, okay?
