Does anyone have a backup for the Switch's 8.0.1 version of the NAND? I updated my switch to firmware 9.1.0 and usually I always make backups of the NAND except this time and now my Switch is bricked with no idea if the backup I have is going to work. I have SX OS, I can start the bootloader but as soon as I press the Boot CFW button the switch is stuck on a black screen.

All NS Firmwares are unique to each console. So, unless you have a backup of your NAND lying around, There is nothing you can do. Maybe next time, backup your switch NAND before you go willy-nilly upgrading/downgrading firmwares. It's Common Sense.

You can't use other people NAND backup, as for what you can try is replacing the SX OS file with a fresh one, switch from exFAT to FAT32 and try again, worse case you might have to rebuild your NAND via Choidujour, if you have your keys, you might be luck out if you never obtained your key or if your NAND is no good.

You said you always make backups, got any older fw, did u burn fuses ?
that's the thing i don't remember if i've booted up in the ofw and burned the fuses so i'm not sure if the backup i have works

What is your current SD format?

if you're talking about the boot.dat file, i tried, same problems, bootloader works, doesn't boot in cfw

Well if you have another SD card, use in FAT32 format with the boot.dat and the license file, see if it boot, exFAT has corruption problem.

ok, next question: you've confirmed the bootloader work, try to go for a dual setup to see if atmosphere works. depending on what happens might help point you in the right direction....

after reading Hayato213's answer:
try that first, then see if atmosphere works....

Just don't use exFat ppl...
If you updated without selecting exFat support you can not boot with an exFat microSD.

Like advised many times before, format your SD card to FAT32 and try again.
If it doesn't work, DUMP YOUR CURRENT NAND FIRST before you restore some shit to it...
