Hacking I need some help with homepass

I have everything set up with my desktop. I had it working for the longest time, now it doesn't work at all with neither attwifi nor NZ@Mc the 3DS still connects to the network, but it doesn't give me any street passes. The same goes for my roommate's 3DS. I've only gotten it to work once in the last few weeks, and I can't remember how and can't get it to do it again.

*Edit: Apparently the Wi-Fi card on my PC isn't doing anything. The Virtual router is just making a Local Area Connection. I'm doing everything the same as I used to. I haven't been keeping up with the scene lately (Because everything used to work just fine). Is there a new method to this, or something?

I've followed that. It doesn't explain why it just stopped working.

I had to change the type of password WPA-PSK to WPA2-PSK i think, also the correct SSID that's working for me is NZ@McD1.
