Hacking I need quick replies for this! (3DS and 2DS CFW)

Okay so, I just dug up one of my old 2DS consoles unhacked on 11.2. Will installing CFW on the 2DS then system transferring to my o3DS (11.5 unhacked) bring b9s over to my o3DS? I don't own any of the dsiware and I need CFW on this o3DS due to my eShop not working at all and only being able to play games on it via freeshop (ones I own, of course.)

no it will not, you'll have to buy some dsiware, I believe the cheapest is like $3?

After you install CFW you can update. Follow this for the 3DS https://3ds.guide/installing-boot9strap-(dsiware)
There are two links - one is if you already own one of the four games and the other is if you don't. (Don't be like others who only look at the first link and then make a thread to ask what do they do if they don't own one of those games, without even looking at the second link).

My 3DS's eShop is broken from a region change. I am stuck on 11.5 with no eShop or any working entrypoint so, I'm screwed. (Error 007-2001)

Yeah you're pretty stuck. You'll probably need to do ntrboot if you want it to have CFW. Https://3ds.guide/ntrboot

I don't even remember but, I know doing so was a completely stupid thing to do.

Also, as for NTRBoot, I have my ntrboot ARDSi but, it never boots the menu. Tried for 7 hours and gave up. You could help if you can, it'd be much appreciated.

I don't have much/any experience sorry! I used the R4i Gold and it went smoothly for me.
