Homebrew I need of help with Haxchi

I've been following this guide:

I've been at this for like 5 hours and I've got nowhere. I have a 64GB SD card.

When I go to install Haxchi it says no games are found. Though I just purchased New Super Mario Bros. (DS) from the VC. It didn't work so I ended up getting Kirby Mass Attack also, since that was in the video I was watching on youtube. That didn't work either.

Help!

Ok so I figured out it installed the games on my external HDD. So I unplugged that and redownloaded the game and ran haxchi and I got it to work.
